Former Army Pfc. Brenda Diane Blue is taking advantage of Central Carolina Community College's Veterans Upward Bound Program to return to college and continue her education. The program provides free academic instruction, assistance applying for college admission, financial aid, and assistance in obtaining services from resources such as the Veterans Administration, state veterans agencies, veterans associations and other state and local agencies that serve veterans.
