PITTSBORO - Twenty-one Central Carolina Community College Medical Assisting students graduated during a July 11 ceremony held at the Chatham County Agriculture & Conference Center in Pittsboro.
Melissa Fogarty, CCCC Medical Assisting Program Director, gave the welcome, led in the Blessing of the Pins, and Recitation of the Creed. Anne O'Shaughnessy and Dianne Johnson conducted the Traditional Pinning.
Also participating in the program were Chatham Class President Meredith Witherspoon and Vice President Charibel Vargas-Correa, and Harnett Class President Rosemary Hilliard and Vice President Donna Lee.
Medical Assisting graduates were: Tiyarnna Douglas, Stefani Flores Vega, Rosemary Hilliard, Stacey Hinman, Taylor Iceman, Tayana Johnson, Donna Lee, Amber Leviner, Kalyn Mangum, Tori McClellan, Deanna McLamb, Haleigh McPherson, Juanita Metayer, Cori Rogers, Jennifer Ruiz, Destiny Scott, Monica Shehan, Melissa Smith, Charibel Vargas-Correa, Jessica White, and Meredith Witherspoon.
